Privacy Policy
- We collect your name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number, and credit card information. This information is used to process and send orders and to contact you in case there is a question or problem with an order.
- We log IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to track a user's specific session, or to investigate cases of fraud or other security violations on our site. Any personally identifiable information collected this way will be treated the same way that order and registration information is treated.
- We do not sell, rent, or give away your personal information to any companies or individuals. We do not share your personal information with any companies or individuals that are not directly affiliated with us.
- We may release your account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to 1) comply with the law, 2) protect our rights, property, or safety or that of our users, or others, or 3) to enforce or apply the terms and aspects of any of our order processing, user agreements, and policies.
Security
- We implement and maintain compliance with industry leading security initiatives. We routinely and zealously monitor and upgrade our security systems to ensure that we use the best security technology available.
Payments
- We accept U.S. and Canadian Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards as well as PayPal.
- When placing your order, make sure that the billing information is the same as that on record with the card issuer or on your PayPal account. PayPal billing and shipping must be the same so make sure that you are entering a confirmed address.
- When using a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card make sure you first registered it with the card issuer before placing your order.
- United Kingdom orders may only use PayPal as a payment option. PayPal billing and shipping must be the same so make sure that you are entering a confirmed address.
Shipping Policy
- We ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS at our discretion. These packages usually arrive within 3-10 business days after they are shipped.
- A shipping charge of $6.95 applies to orders up to $25.00, $7.45 applies to orders between $25.01 and $50.00, and $7.95 applies to orders between $50.01 and $100.00. Shipping charges for orders over $100.00 are free. These rates only apply to shipments within the 48 contiguous states only. Outside that area the following surcharges apply: Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Protectorates and Armed Forces $4.00; Canada $8.00; United Kingdom $21.00; the shipping charge for orders over $100.00 is the same as that between $50.01 and $100.00. The Dollar amounts for all orders exclude taxes and shipping charges. Taxes apply to New York State only.
- All shipping charges stated are for shipping and handling.
- Orders usually process and ship within 5 days for items that are in stock. Items that are not in stock may take up to 3 weeks to ship.
- In the event that you use an alternate address or request a shipment to a third party, make sure that all your billing information is correct, especially the phone number. We will not ship out orders that cannot be independently verified.
Return Policy
- All special order, clearance, and discontinued items are not returnable. The following items are also not returnable: All items with a crotch (panties, shapewear, all-in-ones, etc.) that is not packaged may not be returned for health reasons, all open bottom shapewear, all Leg Avenue products, all Magic Silk products, any item that is labeled as not returnable on the web site.
- We do not accept more than 3 pieces from any order. (Packaged merchandise: each package counts as one piece)
- With the exception of items listed above we will accept returns on items provided they are in their original state as follows:
- Packaged items must be in their unopened original packaging and in sellable condition.
- Unpackaged items must be unworn and have the original tags still attached and must be in sellable condition. Note: if you try on a bra when you put on a lot of perfume and the bra reeks of perfume, we will not take it back because we can no longer sell it.
- So if for any reason you would like to send back merchandise that our policy allows you to return please follow these instructions:
- Prior to sending your return to us, email returns@AmericanIntimates.com and tell us what you are returning and why; enter your order number in the subject field so your email is not deleted as spam. We do not require a return authorization number, but you must use your order number and make sure to follow instructions and our policies. Note: if you send back items that are not returnable or are not sellable you must arrange payment for the charges to ship them back to you.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expense.
- Send your return/exchange via the US or Canadian Postal Service or UPS Ground. If you would like an exchange, include your credit card number and expiration date.
- Returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the shipment date along with the enclosed return form and your bill.

Brooklyn, NY 11230.- We strongly urge you to insure your package, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.
- PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN. In the event your order qualified for and/or received free shipping, $7.95 or the actual cost of shipping (whichever is higher) will be deducted from your credit. We will only credit the original credit/debit card used for your purchase. If you paid with Paypal you can only get a site credit. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
- In the event we ship you items that not returnable and you either refuse the package or fail to pick it up from the carrier you are will also be charged an additional shipping fee that is imposed by the carrier for returning it to us. This is in addition to the full price of your order. If you want it resent to you, you will be charged an additional shipping fee.
Exchange Policy
- We currently do not do exchanges. Send back returnable items which we will credit to the original credit card you used and please place a new order (again, Paypal orders will receive a credit only, so those wishing to make a new order may want to wait for their credit).
Cancellation Policy
- You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you cancel after that time we may, at our sole discretion, charge you a 20% restocking fee. In the event we ship your order and you either refuse the package or fail to pick it up from the carrier in addition to the 20% restocking fee and initial shipping charge you will also be charged any additional shipping charges and fees that the carrier may charge us for returning the package to us. For items that are not returnable this is in addition to the full price of your order.
- In the event we cannot fill your order within 30 days we may, at our discretion, cancel it or any part of it without notice.
Taxes
- Taxes apply to New York State only.
